Vidir Machine’s Industrial Motorized Storage and Display Systems

Vidir’s Carousels feature uncompromised quality and durability. Superior design features include the optional three sprocket arrangement on our larger carousels. This provides for greater safety and weight capacity as the load is spread out over three sets of sprockets and bearings. All bearings are lifetime sealed roller bearings for years of trouble free operation and maximum load per motor horsepower. Our exclusive under chain drive system simplifies the drive and provides for smooth quiet power. Electronic security keypads prevent unauthorized use.

We use a two inch solid pin chain with possible hook placement every two inches for greater flexibility. Standard Vidir carousels will safely handle 13,000 lbs of product to accommodate most normal load requirements. A heavy-duty line of carousels is also available for the heavier loads.

Our larger carousels feature optional dual 1 HP motors to place the rotational load as close to the load points as possible and to reduce the incidence of drive system failures. 2-HP delivers more off center load capacity. Our motors are shielded and placed outside the product area to avoid any merchandise damage as a result of the rare seal failure.

Vidir’s patented Hinged Arm Loading bars make carousel loading easy enough so that anyone can load rolls right off the floor or cart.

Vidir commits significant resources to R&D. Our design team uses ProE design and engineering software to design and model all equipment prior to prototyping. All equipment is CSA and UL approved for electrical and machine safety.
