Product Development
Entry Level Position
Vidir Machine Inc., located in Arborg, MB, is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced company providing material storage and handling solutions. Vidir is looking to fill an entry-level position in our product development department which is a talented team working with machine and component design projects from conception to commercial implementation.

Purpose of Position:

• Maintain existing and develop new and innovative machine designs
• Work with manufacturing to provide cost effective solutions
• Prepare concept and final design drawings using PRO/E CAD system
• Provide support in checking details, assemblies and BOMs
• Maintain thorough documentation

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education
• Mechanical aptitude, capable of learning machine design
• Mathematical aptitude for calculating design parameters
• Entry level experience in 3D CAD systems
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
